Terms of Service

Hautamaki Audio LLC is not liable for any loss or damage to customers item(s) due to fire, theft, testing, or any other causes that are beyond the control of the company and it's employees.

All payments will be made in full according to applicable invoice(s), which will be sent by email to the address provided by the customer, before item(s) are returned to customer.  Any item(s) not paid in full within 6 months of invoice date will be considered abandoned and become the property of Hautamaki Audio LLC.

All repairs and modifications have a 30 day warranty starting from the date the applicable invoice is marked paid.  Tubes are subject to the manufacturers warranty.  Any damage caused by tube failure is not covered by warranty.

Labor costs are non-refundable.

At this time, audio systems are not available for rent w/o hiring our audio engineer as well.  12/26/25

Hautamaki Audio LLC is not responsible for any damage done to clients equipment during training unless said damage can be proven to be the fault of Hautamaki Audio LLC beyond a shadow of doubt.
